Berlin, 15^th September 2023 - Ambassador Igor CESAR welcomed a delegation of five Rwandan Young Business Leaders who visited the embassy in the framework of the AGYLE Live Week 2023 that took place in Berlin from 11 to 15 September.

Elie Mandela were present during a fruitful meeting.

AGYLE, African German Young Leaders in Business, is a programme that builds a bridge between German and African young leaders and creates an exclusive business network.
