Amb. Igor CESAR participated in Africa Policy Matinée organized by Afrika Verein bringing together leaders from politics, diplomacy and business for a candid conversation on how the Compact with Africa can translate into pipelines of bankable projects, unlock private capital and broaden resilient supply chains between Germany and African partners. 

The event was hosted by the BAYER AG in Berlin and featured an inspiring open dialogue with Mr. Max Müller (SVP/Head Global Public Affairs, Bayer AG & Member of the AV Executive Board), H.E. Igor César (Dean of the African Ambassadors in Berlin, Ambassador of Rwanda to Germany), Amb. Dr. Katharina Stasch (Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), H.E. Amb Winnie Natala Chibesakunda (Ambassador of Zambia to Germany), Ms. Mildred Nadah Pita (Bayer), Mr. Benno Müchler (Giesecke+Devrient) and Deputy CEO/moderator Ms. Claudia Voß.
