PUBLIC NOTICE OF CIVIL MARRIAGE

Under Law N° 32/2016 of 28th August 2016 Governing Persons and Family in Rwanda, especially in Articles $166, §169, §170; $172 and $174:

the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda to the Federal Republic of Germany, hereby announces that Mr. Theogene MINANI, a Rwandan National, born in Nyamabuye, Muhanga, Rwanda on 02/01/1990, currently residing at Hochcheim am Main, Germany son of Nyandwi Rachid and Nikuze Seraphine, intends to contract Civil Marriage with Ms. Sandrine ISHIMWE, a' Rwandan National, born in Nyarugunga, Kicukiro, Rwanda on 07/10/1998, currently residing at Hochcheim am Main, Germany, daughter of Mukandengo Patricia and Gashyamangali Steven.

The Civil Marriage will take place at the Embassy of Rwanda in Berlin on 23rd February 2024 at 14h00.

Whoever may have legal reasons to object this marriage, please send your objection through the e-mail address indicated below before the above mentioned marriage date.
