Hon. Minister Uzziel Ndagijimana, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Republic of Rwanda, accompanied by Mr. Yves IRADUKUNDA, Permanent Secretary in Ministry of ICT and Innovation, Mr. Patrick Karera, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Mr. Paul Mukunzi, Director General of Rwanda TVET board and Mr. Gerald Mugabe, Director General of external Finance in the Ministry of Finance and economic planning is leading the Rwanda delegation at the inter-governmental negotiations with the Federal Republic of Germany in Berlin.

The discussions, organized in a hybrid format, will influence key initiatives in bilateral development cooperation for the next 2 years.
