To apply for the Consular Card and connect with the Rwandan Community Abroad, please apply by following the steps below:

1. Visit the Rwandan Community Abroad portal: https://rwandancommunityabroad.gov.rw/.
2. Create an account.
3. Complete the online registration form by providing all the required personal information.
4. Upload any required supporting documents, if applicable.
5. Review your application and submit it.

Once your application has been successfully submitted and approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the approval of your application. Your Consular Card will then be issued digitally through the Rwandan Community Abroad platform.

The Digital Consular Card serves as the registration of a member of the Rwandan Community Abroad.
